Aegean Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Exporters' Association

Founded in 1997, Aegean Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters Association (EDDMIB) represent more than 1700 member companies located in Aegean Region of Turkiye, exporting iron and steel, copper, aluminum, and other metal products of more than 2.3 billion USD export volume. EDDMIB activates under the umbrella of Aegean Exporters' Associations (EIB) which is one of oldest business association in the region. Together, EDDMIB and EIB aim to support their members to become more competitive in international markets by carrying activities for capacity building, international cooperation, sectoral development, regional development, innovation and sustainability. EDDMIB not only supports its member companies’ export increase but also takes sustainability and clean production as its mission to impose members. With its unique geographical position, Aegean Region has a substantial amount of renewable energy potential.
